This colorful blend serves as a unique side dish for any entree. Bring 1 3/4 cups water or stock to a boil. Add one cup of Gourmet Pasta Legume Blend. Lower heat to simmer, covered for 18 minutes. Allow product to rest, covered for 3-5 minutes. Season and add oil or butter as desired. Yield about 2 cups.
